Sorbetiere is located in a funky building in the heart of woodstock. It’s not well advertised and I had to ask around to find it, but the effort was quite rewarding. The ice cream was delicious and creamy. The service was good and we tasted a few of their ice creams. The lemon sorbet was yummy and sweet, but still smooth.I decided on chocolate (yes my favourite) and it was delicious. Not very dark and creamy, with a subtle bitterness. We sat outside in the garden seating provided and amongst the beatifully painted walls it was a nice way to end the day.
