An actual hidden gem. The samoosas are INCREDIBLE. These folks do a mean chicken mayo toastie. And if you are feeling wild do get the Vista Double Cheese burger – SO GOOD.Plus the staff are friendly, warm and Carol who works there is an actual angel. If you work in the Foreshore do treat yourself to a little takeaway lunch there!

Honest and buzzing little diner, located directly across the Artscape theatre.Nothing fancy.. Just good old service and very satisfying breakfasts. Love the diner-atmosphere here on a raining day :)Very decent, value-for-money menu too.Definitely worth a visit if you happen to pass by on an early morning weekday.
Any busy restaurant shows they’re doing something right. It was lunchtime on a Friday. Few open tables. Stiff plastic sandwiched menus with ultra modern design and font, slightly incongruous with the practical, no frills interior. The smoking section was chock a block with men in bright yellow vests (workers from a nearby construction site). Our waitress was friendly and brought our sparkling water quickly. The meal took a little longer. One Steak and one Chicken Prego Roll. Actually, more like a thin piece of meat on a bun with a whirl of sauce (could’ve been HP). And a HUGE portion of delicious chips, crispy on the outside, soft inside!Good value labourers’ lunch.
