Truly terrible service. Waiters come across as lazy and incompetent. Exceptionally lax. Always look for our waitress and had to prompt her for everything. Food was average. And the chairs were painfully uncomfortable- hardest plastic I’ve ever sat on in the worst design ever for ones bum and or back. nothing really to write home about.
Took the kids for a outing this morning. We had breakfast here and even tough they have a full vegan menu the food is not of the best and the service is so slow but keep in mind that the kids love to play around stodels and rather just enjoy a coffee or a beer. I had the vegan breakfast wrap that was to oily to my liking and had to send the coffer back twice to make it hot.
Service: The lady was friendly, but she was not competent doing her job. She didn’t come back to hear if everything is fine. And she asked us how much change she should give us. Then she thought that we’re not tipping her and just walked away.Food: My wrap was delicious! And the coffee too. I’ve heard that the breakfast isn’t good and not worth the money though.Environment: Its fun watching the kids play. I would say this could be more suitable for summers days; it may be a little cold in the winter with no heaters. The green chairs is a little too much, but that’s just my opinion.____________________________________________________Second review:I’ve been back a few times now and they are such a disappointment. Overall the service is extremely slow, the menus and tables are dirty and the taste of their coffee are inconsistent. They definitely just make money coz they’re a part of stodels, not because they’re good. I’m very disappointed because my first time here, I loved it so much and couldn’t understand the other bad reviews.
We paid this restaurant a visit as we had the kids at the petting zoo and wanted them to play a bit. The service was actually not bad considering all the other reviews i read. We got served quickly and the waiter was very nice. But however the food was not great. I ordered the smoked chicken tramazini. And it was tasteless i did not even bother to finish my food. It was those cold meat chicken slices and the avo on there was nor real (some sauce). The chocolate milkshake was delicious.
