The view at this place is simply breathtaking, I enjoyed the baked cheesecake and creme brûlée.The presentation was beautiful and it tasted even better, the drinks were refreshing while the service was polite and professional as expected at a five star establishment. My overall experience was pleasant and I would definitely recommend this spot on a lovely summers day..
Had an amazing, sophisticated experience at the Leopard bar with very friendly attentive staff. The waiters are well trained and allows you your privacy when enjoying your time. We were well informed by the different Gins they serve and it was a very pleasant experience after a long day of sight seeing.
The high tea stand left much to be desired and the quality and presentation was mediocre, the vegan stand was awful and the scones could have been used as a weapon of mass destruction, the kitchen needs to perfect eggless and dairy free baking, the service was good
The service at this well renowned establishment was disgusting and racist. We were literally overlooked and disregarded by each and every waiter. The high tea is definitely not value for money it is below average, the sandwiches was disappointing and each sweet treats was topped with Carmel. The waiter that was attending to us was absent and when we asked her for assistance she completely lashed out at us about how she is the only waiter and she can’t manage by herself.
