Decided to try Bootleggers for my morning coffee last week, normally go elsewhere. Lets just say I will continue going else where. Service is terrible, and coffee had coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup.
Visited here yesterday as I always go to Bootlegger in Sandton and it’s great. The orange juice was terrible : so lumpy you couldn’t even drink it through a straw and the service was average. We both had a breakfast wrap however which were nice.

I’ve been going to this branch, more times than I care to remember and the managers are a joke. I’m within the hospitality industry so I’m very aware of the bare minimum required but it’s at a point where it is just riciculous.
