Good teamwork from the waiters
Music was amazing but service was terrible sadly. Needed to put an order in without a menu only to receive the menu and place our order but not the complete order arrived~ not a good thing if you’re hungry. Then just to add the stamp on terrible service the bill had the complete order~ of course.
Although our food was okay. A few things were disappointing. Firstly, it says all cocktails are a part of the happy hour special, but when we asked for a strawberry mojito, we were told. “Not that as the syrup is too expensive”. Secondly, I ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was made with salami. There was no garlic, chilli and Parmesan on the side. When I asked for Parmesan, was told that I would need to pay extra. And lastly, my dad ordered a steak with an egg on top of it. Ended up paying R130+ when there was a steak, egg and chips special (whole day on a Friday) yet we were not made aware, nor did it reflect on the bill. Our waitress was lovely but just really dissatisfied.
Fantastic place to have a nice business lunch. Had beef trinchado, food was served quick and was perfect. Service was great. Parking also secure and free.
