A spacious hidden gem tucked away off Main Rd with ample parking at night, a sushi conveyor and dim sum! Who could ask for more? One of the most decently priced drink menus i’ve seen in a long time including hot sake @ ZAR55/ jug. Favoured by students for the sushi buffet, Hamachi’s menu also offers a selection of Thai seafood dishes and curries, all very decently priced. It would be perfect if it had vegetable tempura, although the shiitake gyoza makes up for it. Conveniently open till 21:30 7 days a week it’s the perfect Southern Suburbs sushi hangout. Will be back.
