The decor is beautiful and the staff are friendly but the food was disappointing. We went there for breakfast and I had the salmon and avo and my friends both had the croissant with eggs. All poached eggs were overdone and my bagel was incredibly dry. The hollandaise sauce was quite watered-down. The carrot cake and cheesecake were pretty good however. For the price it was really a disappointment. Perhaps just a bad day for them? Hopefully better next time.
Substandard service and most of the items on the menu aren’t available. The waiting staff made everything worse. Made us wait for the order only to be told that it’s not available. Also not attentive, they were more interested in chatting to each other than attending to their guests’ needs. Used to frequent there when it was still under old management and service was up to par. Yesterday’s experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
Wonderful ambience , almost takes you back in time. My experience here was average. The food is a little overpriced in exchange for the quality of what is served to you. Their cream cheese bagels and the selection of coffee seem to be safest option however. Their staff service is somewhat inadequate ,with us having to repeatedly ask our waiter to serve us what we had ordered. Good for an Instagram story post , if that’s what you’re into.
