Came here on a quiet Tuesday afternoon. Very pleasant to sit by the fire. Great service, very reasonable prices and delicious, simple meals. I had the Camembert and sundried tomato burger, excellent.
Such a beautiful place to come and enjoy a ice cold draught with the family . Wonderful and friendly staff that really make you feel At home. Maryke is absolutely wonderful!
Although I’m usually popping in for weekly quiz evenings, Verdi is a great hideaway in Wynberg’s old town. There’s an array of beers on tap and on bottle. While the pizza menu is pretty lengthy too. Not home to incredible food, but it’s definitely worth a look if you’re in the area.
Typical pub fare, popular with the locals for an after work drink during the week. Pleasant enough with young attentive staff and mostly middle aged patrons.
