Really nice little spot. Simple layout, wooden tables, unpretentious decor, but cool. Had the line-fish of day – Sea Bass with rice. Dishes very well presented. And – It was awesome! You could still taste the sea, the meat firm and still juicy. End of the evening a bit marred by the issue of not being able to get a last drink at 19:35 because the bar was closed at 19:30 – eventually sorted however. Possibly staff should call last round? Rating could have been better.

In my opinion this is an underrated gem of a restaurant in Fish Hoek.It’s situated right across from the entrance to the beach but sadly doesn’t benefit from beach views due to the train line and its ground floor location. Nevertheless the floor to wall glass ensures plenty of light and the decor is clean, modern and appealing. There is also an attractive bar area.Nasin, the owner, is always on hand to welcome guests and ensure they get attentive service and that makes such a difference.As for the food it is great quality, tasty and fresh and at very reasonable prices. We enjoy the Friday steak special with crumbed mushrooms as a starter. Just perfect! The line fish too is a great choice and we have heard great things about Nasin’s curries. There is a decent wine menu and a very well priced house wine.Definitely the best restaurant in Fish Hoek if you ask me.
Limited menu. No kingklip on the menu. Calamari in strips, soggy and deepfried. Not possible to have it grilled. Nice wine selection and friendly waitress but the food mediocre. My lovely friends made the evening very enjoyable, not the food
