We love village Sushi however when we ordered takeaways on Thursday they have sliced the actual fish so thinly and they put a lot of rice on it. Normally it’s delicious. I believe because they do a eat in special of 150 eat all you like on Thursday nights they do this to save costs however we were paying full price and expected the normal sushi we normally get there.

One of my favorite restaurants, our whole family are regulars here. Great staff, great food, great atmosphere, reasonable prices! I would highly recommend the tempura prawns also !

Great sushi and they offer a wonderful special on Thursdays for all you can eat sushi, however the service on the day of the special is often very slow as they are quite full and you must wait quite a long time for your sushi. The deep fried rolls are AMAZING, of the best deep fried sushi rolls I have had in southern suburbs. The special is very well priced, besides this the restaurant can become quite pricey but the freshness and quality of the sushi is worth it. Staff are often friendly and accommodating when busy and the atmosphere is relaxed. The outside garden offers fresh air and an enjoyable view.
