OMG!!!! I just called their numbers now to order. The first time i was put on hold for eons and the second time i called the cell number and spoke to the grouchiest man ever, who said he could not assist me at all and made no attempt to offer an explanation at all seeing as l usually order to collect every Tuesday from their burger specials menu. I AM APPALLED BY THE ATTITUDE OF THIS MAN and even though l dont frequent you restaurant to make a sizable contribution, i will not be disposing of my hard earned cash your way anytime soon or recommending anyone i know to do the same. I work for a taxi company just around the corner from them and i will tell you now, if anyone asks if you are any good, l will give a flat out blatant NO.SMDH!!!!!
Placed a takeaway order. Arrived to pick it up after 30 minutes. Waited for another 30 minutes for them to actually put the order through. Came home to find out the burgers were raw mince in the middle and there were no onion rings. Will not be placing takeaway orders from them until they sort themselves out.
Good if you want a cheap beer and wine, with gamblers walking around with torn clothes smelling like they just stepped off a fishing boat, which some of them have. Basic, decent pub food, but any hope of a decent atmosphere is ruined by the presence of 10 slot machines. Don’t venture there after midnight, a rough crowd is present.
