I came here for my 21st birthday back in April the view was incrediable that you can see the sea on a nice day. We had the Sunday buffet of all you can eat and also desserts was delicious. The malva pudding was my favourite the gamon was delicious and the veggies as well The staff were friendly and polite
Last night Frontosa held another successful Marketing Event, this time at Suikerbossie Restaurant in Hout Bay. This isn’t a brag post, but a recognition of the outstanding Service we received. We honestly cannot say thank you enough to Dave, Hans and the staff at Suikerbossie. They were truly amazing. Normally the Marketing girls are running around putting the final touches on the venue before the first clients walk in, some of whom arrive an hour early. Yesterday was completely different. They walked in at 1:30 to a completely set up and layout venue, almost everything was done for them, they just had to add a couple of décor details which they had brought with them and set up the demo items. To their shock they were welcomed into the venue which had roaring fire going on cold “winters” Cape Town day, but no only that there was soup waiting for them too. The staff at Suikerbossie unloaded the goods from the car since it was raining and they were told to relax and dry up. The evening went without a hitch, and the feedback from the clients regarding the Venue and food was outstanding, some of whom are still sending thank you this morning. So basically if anybody is looking for 1) a Venue to hire 2) view to die for even on a wet day/evening 3) stress free event/Wedding /birthday party or just amazing food and service. Please go and support Suikerbossie Restaurant. To sum this all up. OUTSTANDING VENUE AND SERVICE. We will definitely be back soon

The service was exceptional, the food was artfully presented and delicious. What a gorgeous location and venue, a must for any time of day! We will definitely be back.
Not only does this place have an breathtaking view , the atmosphere, food and service is outstanding . Was here for a function and with the sun setting it created the perfect night out
This is a wedding venue, that’s sometimes open as a restaurant. Be very sure to check in advance. Because I used to live nearby and often tried to go. I’d say your chances of it being open on a weekend and not closed for a private function are about 1 in 10. The couple of times it was open though it was great.
