We have passed this place so many times, and one day i told my husband lets just get a cocktail, the cocktails are delicious, and the bar tender a young lady was so friendly and helpful, she gave us a few things of the menu thats popular, and we had some chicken and fish , very delicious, we went back a few more times, and will definitely go again. When we visit the family in cape town
I’ve been many times at the restaurant , use to love coming there .. but food has decreased in quality and effort . My friends and I waited a totally of an hour for our food and the food was all cold , I remember ordering a burger that came with mushroom sauce , the sauce was chunky and cold . The waiter we had was extremely rude and allowed his friends [ who I’m assuming are his regulars , the waiter then decided to have a smoke with his friend during the time he was serving us ] to make comments about what WE were ordering . A way to make customers feel welcomed hey . I hope you find a way to improve customer services!
I’ve been here twice and both times the food was well prepared and the portions were generous. However on both occasions, the food took around 45 minutes to prepare. The decor needs a revamp, its quite shabby and worn out. Most recently, the waitress kept forgetting/ignoring our table and was less than helpful. However we brought it up with the manager and his professionalism was exemplary. Also the drinks here are #AMAZING! The Blush cocktail and chocolate cake shooter are excellent.
Very nice sushi and great variety of beverages.Staff is very friendly and food is good.Would just suggest they update they lounge as it’s falling apart and couches is extremely dirty
