The night before Dave and I went overseas, we met friends for dinner. As we did not want to travel too far from home, I chose Seafood at Chelsea. Situated in Somerset West, this is certainly worth the drive. When Dave made the booking they did not let us know that they were not licensed. This was not an issue, but something to keep in mind if you want to drink alcohol with your meal. They do not charge corkage which is a plus factor in my mind.
Excellent place for a breakfast: warm buzzy atmosphere, fine service and GREAT coffee. My French toast was warm and rich and the bacon was properly crispy. If I lived in these parts I’d be here often.
