Very disappointed with the soup I ordered. I asked the woman who took my order if I could have the soup without the crab sticks as I was vegetarian, and she assured me it could be made that way. The soup had mussels, and what looked like scallops or something as well. I would have liked for this to be mentioned on the menu if it is in the soup but I also was not told when I placed the order either.
Been in Helderberg for 2 years now. Have tried all the sushi places in Strand and Somerset. Now, I am a repeat customer of Lucky’s. We get the big platters for parties, we sometimes throw parties just as an excuse to get sushi. They are consistantly great. Always fresh, always spot on with taste and texture, their prices are on par with other take away places. The staff is friendly and get the order 100% right with every phone order. The only place I will recommend sushi for in Helderberg area is this place. (Highly recommend the bean curd and the salmon roses)
