Food here is very good, We were a party of 5 with 3 pure vegetarianals. We got the ostrich steak and afew of veggie dishes and they very extremely well done. The atmosphere was upbeat and lively. The only issue was we waited over 40 mins for the food since it was packed (it was a Saturday night)
The level of service and attention my wife and I received from our waiter at Balducci (Moscow is his name) was terrible to say the least. We waited for ten minutes to get a menu (without so much as an apology or an acknowledgement from him); and another ten minutes to get our drinks orders. To top it off I had to walk to the till to get my own bill.Saving grace is that the restaurant serves some of the finest pizza I have had. I ordered the chicken supreme and my wife the smokey Joe pizza. The lindt chocolate cheesecake was top dollar – creamy and not too overbearingly sweet.
