Cosy place with really good and friendly service. The blue cheese focaccia is yum! We had the creamy chicken pasta and the rump pasta – both were sizeable and delicious.
Lazy Saturday evening and in no mood to whip something up. So I decided to order a good ol’ burger and fries from Carlyle’s. Burger was actually very yum. Seasoned well, but perhaps a tad overdone ito my preference for a more medium done burger. Not a fan of shoestring fries, but it too was seasoned really nicely. Overly a solid burger and chips.
They have good specials and a lot of entertainment of offer, so lookout for karaoke and wine tasting nights. I didn’t love the food and the cocktail menu is limited. It is a chilled place to visit to meet friends or watch a game.

Got takeaways – the pizza was nice. Thin base. Fresh, quality ingredients. Tasty pizza! The pasta was ok. A bit bland for my liking (but overall it wasn’t bad). With some garlic, fresh chili and Parmesan cheese the pasta would’ve been much more enjoyable. Would definitely have pizza again and consider giving the pasta another try (I would like to try the Italian sausage spaghetti next time).
