Great location in the corner of the mall. Lots of room and great views if you’re able to get a table outside or close to the windows. Service is alright, although friendly, the waiters often take long or forget to bring drinks and, on occassion, get the order wrong. Why ask what pasta I want if you’re going to bring me the wrong pasta I didn’t ask for anyway? The food is very good, though. Tasty and presented well. Drinks are amazing. I’m a sucker for cocktails and they do their cocktails right! Good value for money.
Our favourite branch is the Canal walk branch, but we thought we’d go to the Waterfront branch, big mistake. My husband and I went for lunch on the 1st of January. We had to ask for the complimentary bread, which wevonly got after receiving our starters, the bread holder was dirty, did not have the chili etc. it normally comes with, we had to ask for butter, the waitron was not too happy. I ordered a steak ( which i never do & probably never will again), medium rare came to the table medium to well, it had so much sinew that after trying to cut the steak for the 3rd time, i called it quits. The manager then told me he would go and feel for a other steak in the kitchen, due to the long wait, i opted for my usual, chicken campagnola. Oh how disgusted i was. I took 1 bite and decided to just ask for a doggie bag. Absolutely disgusted.
Excellent & prompt service. Staff were very patient, worked fast & even took a few pictures of my friends & I. It was wonderful time, be sure to return soon. Thank you !
