This is a great example of rude capetonian services!Cold, unfriendly staff down right ignore you.Our iced coffee (a blended drink) was the consistency of water when I requested this be fixed they simply blended more ice leaving a bland weak over icy beverage.. Very unenjoyable.I am a self proclaimed coffee snob but I am usually swayed to acceptance with a smile and aminbility.This was not the case here not least of all because there were no smiles on offer.The black Americano was boiling and burnt.I would round the corner to the other coffee joint just outside the market. You will certainly get more joy.
Delicious coffee that requires no sweetener and still tastes creamy and sweet. This is the perfect place to get coffee on-the-go. The service is attentive and warm. I enjoyed the coffee, it was just the right temperature and took less than 5 minutes to make.

All I can say is do yourself a favour and try this coffee. Small simple set up and they offer snapscan. My husband and I always stop here for a cuppa while wondering in the V&A.
