Wanted the hake and calamari combo but they were out of calamari, so went for the hake and prawns. The hake wasn’t fresh, lacked flavor and definently frozen which was disappointing being close to the ocean and everything. The prawns were overcooked and therefore mushy with no flavor plus the chips were sloppy and drenched in oil. A real disappointment all around, won’t be going back especially at those prices.
Tried the chips and Cajun calamari, neither was very appetizing. The chips were not crispy and seem a bit too oily. The calamari was tender but at the same time it had a weird texture. The spices did not penetrate the calamari which was disappointing, I don’t think I will be returning
