I visited the Willaston Bar within the first month of its opening, the desserts were good and I was impressed with the presentation.However, the staff weren’t particularly friendly and the service was slow.
The service is shocking, the food very average and the prices rather steep for mediocre food. The only thing I really enjoyed was the decor / view. The cake slice was super small, which I don’t mind, but at R65 a slice, it is definitely not proportionate. The cup of coffee my friend had was also tiny. The cup was super shallow which we both noted. It has all the ingredients to be a top class spot, but leaves much to be desired.
