I went to Active Sushi for dinner on my birthday. Service was very average. However, I got really terrible food poisoning as a result of their food. When I reached out to them, their response was to send me my order (which was wrong) and claim I had tap water, which was what caused me to experience “some discomfort.” (I didn’t have any tap water, I had a Sprite Zero). Will definitely spread the warning and will not be back.

This was my first experience at Active sushi and I heard very good things about it. The sushi was really average, sloppily made but not too bad. For the prices however, it’s not worth it. Their drinks are also really steep and they have a limited choice of drink options. The cocktails are in tiny glasses and not worth the price in my view. The service was extremely terrible. Waiters come and go. They also don’t allow patrons to just order tap water which is weird. All in all, I found the sushi average and the environment rather noisy because of how busy it was. I would go back and give them another chance but not anytime soon
