We had previously been to Bukhara in Stellenbosch and this one in Cape Town. we had a bottle of Tokara Chardonnay, Tandoori chicken, garlic nan, dal makhani, chicken chettinad, very filling – very good, but not as good as the last time. R730
After a long day trip we had diner at Bukhara CBD. The service was excellent regarding explanations of the various types of meals and the food was really, really good. Even if their prices are a bit higher, the price-performance ratio is still ok.
Excellent service and food. Expected the food to be spicier and although bland still tasteful. Desert menu needs to be revived. Needless to say we had a lovely lunch with excellent service.
Came for dinner as we remembered it being good as recently as December 18. Service was really friendly but the meals were all very oily and bland – won’t be back soon.
