CHEFSTABLE CAPETOWN is by appointment or prior booking only. It is rustic fine dining, boutique and intimate Social table hosted by Chef Santi Louzn at a private location, where he serves food that will take you on a journey. It seats 22 people at any one time and it can be booked as a Private table, however usually it operates as a shared social experience with others you have never met before. Menus are seasonal and are chosen by chef for each table. Usually a 7 course menu with 5 Tasting wines. Everyone arrives at the same time and are seated together. Location address is only given after payment of reservation has been received and within 48 hours of booking date. After you have made and paid for your booking you will receive first a confirmation of you booking the a confirmation of your payment and within that email the full address and contact number.
