Cowboys & Cooks has two locations, Sunset Beach and De Waterkant, in Cape Town. A steakhouse, whose story is steeped in the cattlemen who bravely and honourably raise their stock in the face of adversity. The meat is sourced from long-standing, family-owned butcheries. Ethically-sourced, all the meat comes from farmers who use the most natural rearing techniques possible. Cowboys & Cooks also caters for vegetarian and vegan patrons. Both restaurants seat about 130 patrons across a main floor, as well as nook areas which can be closed off for private dining events. The versatility of the space means wonderful light and open areas during good weather days, and warm, fire-side, library-style decor in the evenings or winter. Each decor piece is unique, across both restaurants.
