I went there for a birthday surprise for a friend and the waiter was really friendly and helpful.
The food was amazing, the pricing is definitely worth what you get. Such a cool atmosphere, friendly and hospitable staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will definitely be back again!
Been here 4 times! I really like everything, except this one grumpy lady waitress who even returned my tip the first time I was there because it wasn’t 10% ( other members refused to tip her cause she was unfriendly to us). Food is delicious.
I was disappointed by our visit to LouLous. I think the waitress struggled to manage all of our orders as we had to ask several times for everything. She was also rather grumpy about everything and even our drinks took forever to arrive. When our food did arrive it tasted like food out of a box that had been badly warmed up. The chilli poppers had some weird filling that wasn’t great, the chicken was dry, the arincini balls were cold in the middle and tasteless. Even the truffle fries were soggy and unappealing. We also got a prawn pasta which was equally unexciting. I would have been disappointed with the meal at half the price to be honest and I would not go back.
