Two months ago we went to the Nomads’ Bistro & Bar to try the famous bottomless ribs and wings combo.We arrived and ordered our drinks and waited for an hour. No food came, but everyone else around us got served.Nomads clearly couldn’t cope with the pressure of a busy evening and the waitress never came once to rectify the matter or apologise. We left without eating. A real let-down in the end.The only mystery till today is why did the other people receive their food, but we didn’t.
I want my money back
Worst service ever. The waitress kept on filling up our glasses even though we didn’t ask for more drinks . Our portions of ribs smaller and smaller.
After being referred to by friends, I was very disappointed with my experience here. Firstly they forgot about my booking or did not record it, the service was very poor – I had to stand up several time to look for someone to tend to my table and the whole point of an ‘all you can eat’ is to get your top ups quickly – we had to wait over 40 minutes at times to get ours. Very dissapointing.
