Great service, menu was explained in detail and the waiting time for meals was very short. I loved everything about The Shortmarket Club. Food was amazing, everything on the plate stood out and had it’s out great taste in my mouth but together it all played out beautifully.
Absolutely amazing.Been twice in the last few months and it’s never disappointed. While it’s not your everyday go to, it’s an experience/treat that really hits the spot.
Everyone I know had suggested I try this place- I had my reservations that it had been built up too much. Shortmarket club was an UNBELIEVABLE experience that fed every part of us! We can not wait to go back.
We discovered The Shortmarket Club in September when we visited from London and were blown away – loved the food, atmosphere and friendly service.Visiting CT again now in May, we were excited to go back. It was still good, but the food was not as amazing as when we visited in September last year. There were also 2 or 3 tables with people with flip flops and shorts on that seemed to be ‘table hopping’ – for a cool fine dining restaurant I expect more.A bit of a disappointment and I really hope that they can turn it around, because our cheese cake desert was one of the best we ever had and it still has great potential.
