Oh my word! I might have found my new favourite restaurant. The whole experience was flawless. From making the booking to walking out the door. I had a huge smile on my face from start to finish. For starters I had the pork belly. Exquisite. Soft, crackling crispy, an explosion of flavours and sweet and savoury complementing each other superbly. Wow!I had a chef’s special for mains. I opted for the seafood risotto. Goodness. I still dream of that dish. It was a big portion. Creamy, yet lemony. This is what seafood dreams are made of. Calamari tubes, tentacles, prawns, and mussles. Everything complemented each other beautifully. For dessert my husband and I shared a baked cheesecake. AMAZING!We will definitely be back.

Perfect date night spot. My hubby booked a table for us at Noop for our Anniversary dinner (bookings are generally recommended as they are busy) and what a lovely surprise upon walking into the venue which had such a lovely vibe. Our waiter Emmanuel was very friendly and provided us with great service and feedback on the dishes and daily specials. Our food was simply divine, we opted for the Roasted Pear & Onion Tart and Springbok Tartare as starters and was very delicious. For mains we had the Crispy Roast Duck and the Daily Fish dish, both were well executed except for the Duck was not so crispy as anticipated and the sweet potato side dish that came with the fish was for me personally not the best match with the other flavours on the plate but in general a very successful two main courses. The desserts were simply mouthwatering and the pastry Chef surely knows what she is doing since it was so well balanced with just the right amount of sweetness in her offerings, the Chocolate Fondant was perfect and the Mzansi with all the little components inspired by our traditional desserts was a very clever concept and the flavours complemented each other well. This gem of a place is clearly a socialites paradise and not to be missed. I would like to mention that soft background music would take the already cosy ambience of the venue to the next level.
