One of our favorite spots for a delicious burger in Paarl, it’s cosy, the staff is always friendly and the burgers are delicious and affordable.
I found this place by accident while I was taking a stroll, and only went in because of the music. Inside, the staff look like they belong in an indie-rock band – and they’re rocking the kitchen. Right around the corner from McDonald’s in Paarl, among other dishes, The Black Sphere are serving better burgers, cheaper burgers and healthier burgers. Perhaps, even, the best burger I’ve had anywhere in the Western Cape. The food is fresh and delicious, affordable, and the staff are really friendly. Everything is done right there in front of you – and you can SEE how badly they want to get it JUST right. There’s only one thing bothering me. Why is this place not running a queue right around the block?

Great contemporary style restaurant with friendly interactive kitchen staff. The burger is out of this world and the crayfish starter is to die for. I would definitely recommend everyone stop at this cozy little restaurant if you are on the area or passing by. Coffee. Bistro.
