Was seated here after having a awesome lunch at the savour. The coffees are larger than the ones offered at the savour. It was also great to get a free biscotti with the meal. Tasteful coffee to boot.
It was empty one afternoon and ideal to just relax here. The service was prompt however there was a change in shifts for the staff which was a lil tricky but they were still good. Ordered a cappuccino and gelato (1 scoop of vanilla, chai, and toasted coconut). Both were delicious. The experience here was lovely, and I think it was mainly because it was empty, quiet and relaxing.
I stopped to get some coffee here yesterday after visiting the amazing Suntra Spa but was very let down. We sat down and said we wanted something to drink, the waiter then rudely asked us what we wanted. At no point were we even offered a menu. I eventually just asked for a latte and then left, it was clear that it was almost lunch time and the staff needed to set up for lunch rather than serve us. We had to go try find someone elsewhere in the hotel to get our bill.The only reason I’m scoring a 3 is because my coffee was out of this world good. Based on service, it’s a 1. I would love to rate the food but I didn’t even see what food was on offer nor asked if I would like to order some.
The most amazing desert we have ever had. Was totally worth every penny. Haven’t gotten the chance to go again, but will definitely make an effort for another visit to sample more off the menu, since we only had desert on our visit.
