Nardos Pizza is a cozy, family run pizzeria and take-away in the popular holiday retreat of Stilbaai in the Western Cape. Our specialty is wood-fired pizza, with only the freshest ingredients, using traditional techniques taught by our mentor and famed Italian restaurateur Bernardo "Pappa" from Trattoria Napoli in Fishhoek, Cape Town. We bake Ciabatta bread twice weekly (out of season) on Wednesday & Friday, daily during holidays.
