  The food looked amazing but we never got to try it. The service is just terrible. We wasted over 40 minutes waiting to eat and had to ask for drinks which never came with ice. After dealing with 3 different waiters we finally received half of our order which was only 1 meal to share. At this point We left.

  Most authentic Indian in Knysna. The portions are a little costly, but the taste and the volumes make up for it plenty. They also serve Indian drinks with the meals and we’ve found the hotness indicator on the menu to be very accurate. If you don’t appreciate hot food, rather stick with the mild options. Unfortunately with the whole of Knysna’s Main Road taking a dump, don’t leave valuables on the tables outside – rather st inside. They’re also not always keen on swiping a card machine, so perhaps prepare cash.

  I had my doubts because of the reviews before visiting this place but trust me the place is really good. Infact I went there twice the same day,for lunch as well as for dinner. During lunchtime, the restaurant was quite empty so I got my order pretty fast. Shahi paneer and naan was amazing. They charges for some onions too, but that was ok. During dinner I had some rice and Dal which was again very Indian in taste.the staff is extremely polite and nice. I’m extremely happy with this one.

  I have visited this place when i reached knysna, when i ordered they have replied there is nothing left except aloo gobi & dal, so we have to order the same, the food was ok, averag.. visit if you have to survive on oy indian food, otherwise try other
