This wonderful store perfectly captures the transparent and eco friendly ethics of organic food. All foods are clearly marked and displayed on wooden shelves. Prices are affordable for organic goods. The store is clean, organised and shopper-friendly. The store is not limited to food- it is a one stop shop for pantry basics, fruit, veg, toiletries, waste-free living accesories and sit down/take away food . The cashiers are efficient and friendly. No plastic bags are used- bring your own shopper or take a brown bag or box. Their wraps are seriously addictive and they offer something for everyone- whether you are meat eater to vegetarian to vegan you can find a nutritious meal. Their smoothies are AMAZING! They put Kauai to shame. I highly recommend the green smoothie- creamy, sweet, tart and not too veggie-tasting! All ingredients are clearly marked, so that you trully know what you are eating.The coffee is good and served in eco friendly packaging.All in all a lovely spot.
I’ll preface this review by stating that I do not eat organic food specifically, but I wanted to try the Organic Zone Coffee Bar because I drive past it every day, and I wanted to know what it was like.The store itself is huge, and has, I’m sure, almost every organic product known to man, including toilet paper! The coffee bar is teensy, but they offer the usual coffee fare – espresso, lattes, cappuccinos etc. I opted for a macchiato, and was even given coconut sugar to put in – very unusual.There is some seating by the window, in case you don’t want to drink on the go. All in all, seems like a nice place to do your organic shopping and get your caffeine fix.
