I can’t believe the poor service we received.My boyfriend and I went here and even though the restaurant was a bit busy the staff was standing around. We entered and there was no host/hostess. They eventually lead us to our seats with a menu. We sat there for half an hour with no sign of a waitress, not even to take a drink order. Im definitely not going back.
My fiance and I went there without a booking and received instant seating even though it was a little bit busy. We ordered the rib special and seafood trio. The food took a while but was worth the wait. Ribs were cooked to perfection. Calamari slightly to salty but overall the meal was great. We rounded it off with a bottle of Ponte semi sweet wine. Will definitely go there again to try their buffet. I frequent this restaurant after my first review for a few months. Did not go in December and when we went end of January it seems the menu has changed and a lot less is offered. The carvery looked dried out too. Please I really love this restaurant. It needs to go back to the way it was
What a disappointment. We ordered the Sirloin Prego Steak Roll, that was supposed to have a prego sauce…one would think that if you name something a prego roll, it would come with a prego sauce as per the menu description…well not so much!!! We paid R185 for two and shockingly surprised with the small meal that we received. There wasn’t more than a 100g steak on the roll and wasn’t even buttered. Oh and let’s not forget the literally 4 wedges that came with it and one small onion ring!! Really a BIG disappointment!!!! No wonder the rating was so low!!
Bad experience after bad experience. I’ve been here 3 times in the last twelve months. Don’t ask why i bothered going back but this was the last. Their menu looks good but the food is unimaginative. The staff must have been selected from whoever was left after the other restaurants had their pick. Out of the 3 times I only managed to get as far as eating twice.
