Went to Hooked on fish N1 City for the first time on Wed 15 Nov and had the worst experience ever! The female staff were all chatting and obviously complaining about something under each other, they had one male staff member trying to keep them quiet,and prepare most of the orders, and after waiting for almost 20 minutes to place my order, I was told that they had no more gatsby rolls so the could not help me. There was no notice up to say that they were out of stock so I wasted my time there. The customers that were waiting for their orders were also complaining of the long wait for their food. The staff of this store are clearly not customer orientated at all. Wont be going back there.
