Hearty Italian – that’s the best way to describe this place. Let’s be honest I’m a sucker for a great wood oven pizza. We were a big group but the service was good given it was a public holiday especially. Portions were extremely generous and definitely can be shared. One must try the spinach canaloni and the lasagna. Go hungry – also the milkshakes were quite good.
A very decent Italian restaurant in Hermanus CBD. Had to wait to be seated but it is peak season. The service from our waiter was average but he tried his best given the circumstances. The wait for the food was a bit long but not the fault of the waiter. However when the food came it was yum all the way and worth the wait. I had the pasta and my kids had pizza and it was delicious. If you are in Hermanus and want Italian it is worth a visit.
Best Italian food in Hermanus. Vibey and enthusiastic atmosphere and great value for money. I enjoyed the traditional lasagna while my wife had the Smokey pizza. We scoffed it down with a reasonbly priced Raka, leaving no room for dessert. Fortunately we have enough time for a return trip before we return to the salt mines.Rossi’s has never been a disappontment in all our holidays in Hermanus and keeps on delivering predictable satisfying meals.
Had lunch here today and we were definitely not disappointed. Really great pizza and pasta made with fresh ingredients. Pizzas and lasagne was delicious and they have a gluten free pizza base option.Service was great.
Great place to grab some hearty Italian chow. Portions are very decent, and what we ordered was delicious. Speedy service as well. Would definitely recommend.
