Visited for a wine tasting today, what a great experience! Rainy cold weather yet the wonderful lady came and opened the door for us – and everyone that arrived!! Friendly and informative without being intrusive she gave us a good amount of time to taste and discuss. We never felt rushed and we enjoyed the discussion around each wine. What wonderful service, she deserves some credit!

This wine farm and tasting room is at the end of the Hermanus wine route so it could e easily be missed. But it is really worth while to visit. The venue itself is very small and contains 2 tables and 2 sets of couches inside and in summer you can also sit outside. The venue is situated quite high up and you can s we forever. We tasted all their white and red wines as well as the two bubbles. All really worthwhile. With it we ordered a cheese/olive/hummus/ciabatta platter. It was simply delicious and they make it so easy to pair by putting little flags in everything indicating which wine to pair with. The service is very personal given how small this venue is.Overall very impressive and rally worth while visiting.
Because I don’t drink, I wouldn’t normally review a wine-tasting place. However, the view is SO spectacular that it has to be noted! I would return here often and have already resolved to bring friends and family here. (According to my girlfriend the wine-tasting is pretty decent too – R20 for the tasting and free if you buy).
We were at Creation and decided to drop here for a quick tasting. I can say the view was amazing and the wine matched the view. What I enjoy is the stillness of the place, where you can just sit and watch the world go buy.
