Second time we’ve been for takeaways. We ordered and were told it would take 15 minutes (was actually 20) there was only two tables of patrons. For second time part of our order wasn’t in the bag, but because this had happened previously and we only found out when we got home, this time we checked before leaving. Seems funny that this happened again, a scam maybe?

Lowest rating I’ve ever given and I’d go lower if I could for this Nando’s branch. I’ve ordered from them twice before both times the food had arrived cold, the chicken is burnt and small portions and the cooldrink order was wrong. Nandos isn’t cheap and it’s usually delicious from every other branch. I hope that this branch gets it right at some point!
Nando’s Rondebosch is situated on the Main Road with some noise still drifting into the restaurant. The kitchen is normally quite quick and staff friendly when placing your order. The estimates have been normally quite spot on when ordering and leaving to return.Food is of similar standard to other Nando stores. Wraps seems well made with enough filling to not have too much wrap only spots.
