Horrible, careless service both the last two times we’ve used them. Waited forty five minutes for burgers the first time, and did not get our proper order the second time.
I had been longing for a Wacky Wednesday deal for so long that I finally decided to order one. Unfortunately, this branch was really a let down. The staff seemed inundated with orders, as there were many waiting for orders. The patty was a let down and the chips were unavailable as they were still being cut.
there’s a reason we all love steers chips, they’re soft in the center and crispy on the outside and just tummy golden deliciousness. This store didn’t prepare it like this that’s why I’m not too thrilled about my experience. there was no 1000 island sauce in the dispenser and their rolls were a bit stale. very average meal for quite a price
When ordering I can see kitchen staff handling food without wearing gloves and that just puts me off my food before I’ve even tasted it. I think it’s unacceptable for a fast food outlet to not have basic hygiene rules.
Awful branch of steers. Their service is shocking – first they got the order on my slip wrong, and when it was corrected they didn’t give me some of the things I’d already paid for, with me only realising when I got home. Then they proceeded not to answer their phones after I called numerous times. Shockingly careless service.
