Myself and a group of friends visited Sticky BBQ on Saturday after the Rugby and received absolutely horrible service. We arrived at 7:20pm and waited for more then 25 minutes to be attended too. When the waiter finally came over he took half of the tables order. We eventually flagged the waiter down to continue with our orders only to be told i will be back and disappeared for another 15 minutes. In the end we waited till just after 8:30pm with no drinks, food or an apology. We decided to cancel our order and was threatened to pay the entire bill. This was an absolutely shocking experience! I have rated this as one star only because there was no option for negative ratings
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I ordered take away and I was blown away but your food. It might not look pretty, but the taste was totally unexpected and the quality of your beef ribs with no fat was amazing.I have officially just found my favorite new take away place.
