Late night dinner (only one in the restaurant, except the waiters). Decided on a indian lamb curry and I asked the waiter to ensure that it is medium. The curry was accompanied by a roti, sambal, basmati rice and yoghurt. Good tasting curry, but my curry was more hot than mild. Finished off with a cake for my birthday!
What tasty meals. So while staying at the hotel, we tried the restaurant downstairs. First day I had the lamb shank which was really tasty. So ended coming back and this time I ordered the lamb curry which was also cooked to perfection, the garlic naan was to die for. The one area for improvement is definitely the service. The restaurant on both occasions had only one waiter serving the entire restaurant which is obviously a disaster.

Such a waste R350 for a seafood potjie served with rooster bread. turns out to be served in a small pan with 2 prawn, 2 mussels a coin size piece of tuna and a calamari tube (smaller) with a dash of curry sauce on side and a normal size garlic slice of bread. I felt robbed. It must’ve been a joke bc this is pathetic
Terrible food highly average service. Had such high expectations and the empty dining area is a clear indication on the quality of the food. Would rather spend my money elsewhere
