The ambiance and decor are lovely.Went for drinks on a Sunday, the bar tender seemed untrained.Took too long to bring drinks and forgot ingredients in cocktails. Also didn’t tell us that the bar was closing down so that we could order our last round and this was 11.30 yet their website says that they close at midnight.
Lately (twice in the last 2 years) the quality of food and service, leaves me cold. There was a time when I found it pleasant, adding to the view and the relaxation outdoors. I’d live to see an improvement as the location is excellent and at any time of year, quite convenient.
Firstly when we walked in , no one assisted us at the door. We sat for at least 10min before a waiter asked what he can assist us with. Wrong orders were placed and very unpolitely served. Drinks were brought one by one instead of collectively.
Cpoint Bar at the Radisson is a great little spot. Super modern, comfy and relaxed. Drinks were reasonably priced, service was friendly and they were kind enough to put the rugby on the big screen for us to watch. Food menu is a bit steep so I would keep this as a drinks after work/rugby warm up bar and move up to the pool restaurant for a bite to eat. The sidewalk area in front of the hotel is a lovely place to unwind with a glass of wine on a hot summers day.
