Craving ice cream? Wine lover? Both? Neither? Perfect wine pairing that caters for everyone. We had such a good time analyzing the combination of flavors paired perfectly with the wine. What an unusual and exciting experience. Apparently their flavors of ice cream change frequently so I will definitely be going back for round 2.
No exaggeration, if I was living in the 18th century and I was on death row, and they asked me what meal I would like to have as my last meal I would choose this. Chicken stuffed with bacon and cream cheese, sprinkled with a generous bit of saffron, jalapenos and sweetcorn with thin and crispy carpachio posing very sexily on top. I think it would be near impossible finding another meal that touched me as deep as this. This meal made me feel things I’ve never felt before. It moved me more than I thought any meal could. To the Chef, you are a Michelin star personified! I take my hat off to you!
