Bought a hyperli voucher for 4 priced at R249 and what value for money! The voucher came with 5 tastings and a cheese and cured meats platter. The generous portions of cheese and meats were enough to keep us nibbling through to the last tasting.The tasting room boasts beautiful views of the winelands. Our waiter had decent knowledge of the wines but to be honest, the group I was with cared more about getting tipsy then the depth and flavours of the wine.This was real value for money and a real gem on the R44. Will definitely be back with or without a hyperli voucher!

The venue elegantly simplistic. Lots of white stone light-grey. The wines beautiful. Not a fan of white wine but bought the viognier and blanc de noir. As well as 2 reds. The svm and cpm. For home. Will probably last only one week in this house.Now; our server was phenomenal. She may not have been as articulate as most would expect but she was so good. She knew the wines described it well. While deciding what to buy I asked her about 1 other that wasn’t on the tasting. She said she’ll bring a taster-again January-I asked the price. Her response:No charge. So I asked why no charge. Her response: it’s so good I want you to taste it. I bought it it was that good. I hope they appreciate their staff’s passion.Only reason why it’s not a 5. If your standard of wine venue platter is that good, serve butter not margarine. Have branded wine bags for purchases made I want to tell and show people that they need to visit the estate. The wine at Arra is exceptionally well priced it is very good quality and you can get premium vintage wine between R80 to R125 per bottle. Plus the massive cheese and cold meats platter for R100 you just can’t go wrong. I really would like to keep this place a secret but I think it’s too good not to share.
