Nice wines and warm service. This place close enough to be next to the main road, so you don’t need a packed lunch just to get there. Standard wines for the region but what I like about this place is that they have catered for all weather and worth going with a group of friends.
This was my second time at Slayley. First time around was ok, we didn’t have the best experience therefore returning a second time with friends. Service was really bad..we actually had none at all. We had a booking for 13h30 for a cheese and wine tasting, and after waiting for an hour, where no one bothered to attend to us, we left. There were a few tables open, so it wasnt as if the place was crowded. I followed up with some of the waiters, but no one seemed bothered. Definately wont be returing for a third time around!
