I am not sure why other reviews are so bad, I was really impressed with the farmshop and deli! I had the best farmhouse breakfast ever, with creamy scrambled eggs, salty potatoes and fantastic bacon. The food was so good that we went back there for dinner later! Everything is super fresh and the staff friendly and fast. I will be back again.
We are not tourists but never the less wanted to try the revamped Boschendal Farmshop and Deli for breakfast.We won’t be going back again.The waitress was sullen and unhelpful to the point of making us feel bad about ordering anything.When the food arrived, parts of it were actually inedible and had to be sent back. And this, all at an elevated price.Extremely disappointing.
Utterly disappointing – we got food poisoning. We went here for a family Saturday morning breakfast. The ambience and decor was great but it was downhill from there. The service was unhelpful and disorganized, our food took just under an hour to arrive and was completely underwhelming and to top it all off 2 of us got food poisoning and was ill before leaving. We will not return and do not recommend it.
The deli serves refreshing, tasty menu for casual lunch while sitting outside at the courtyard. We ordered the charcuterie board, gazpacho, with multiple sides. Perfect for picnic-like lunch!
