Cool place to hang out and have some drinks. There was an Afrikaans music band playing which was really good! Service was quick even though the bar area was packed. Mature crowd and the look and feel adds a vibe of “for professionals or after works drinks”
Service is consistently professional and fast. Do not have experience with he food here, but the drinks are very well-made. Good fun in the evenings with various DJ’s.
After trying to find a place that would accommodate 8 of us without a reservation, we came across Balboa. Inspired by Rocky, this trendy bar serves everything that you could ask for( besides flaming lamborghini shots), from fine whiskeys to pina coladas to flat whites and some nibbles. I opted for a flat white and friends chose the Martini slush, craft beer and we shared nachos. The atmosphere is festive and social, what more could you ask for!
The place is great, has a very nice vibe, they play nice music, the drinks are very nice and the service is great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
