Most definitely recommend this restaurant. The staff at Stellenbosch Kitchen are very accommodating and well mannered. The food is exceptional – never tried something on the menu that I did not love. Very good quality food ! Good atmosphere !
We had a lovely dinner at Stellenbosch Kitchen! Freshest seafood I had in a long time and with the wine that George recomended it was all perfect! We also had the Springbok which was very tasty and very big. We sit outside on the patio with nice gas heater and little blankets George gave us keeping us warm so we can enjoy this nice street view vibe in Stellenbosch while we eat. Inside is also a fireplace and the building is very interesting inside with art and history. We will definitely be back!
Large menu・Stylish interior・Best brunch. Wow, there is not much that I can’t recommend here! I have eaten the prawn risotto and the monster burger at Stellenbosch Kitchen over the weekend. The service was top class. I absolutely loved the old-style decor and casual ambiance. The waiter was very clued up on the menu, wine, craft beers and more.My burger cost R135, and it is truly a monster!!! We had wine which was very well priced while a craft beer goes for R45. Excellent value for money, especially for such a, sought after destination such as Stellenbosh! And I have to mention that I also went into the kitchen to meet the chef. Chef Ellie’s kitchen is spotless, and she proudly showed me around!Of course, as I love the greenery of Stellenbosch, we had to sit outside. This was so nice as you get to drink in the vibe of Stellies! Just a relaxed lunch with friends clinking wine glasses savoring every moment that our taste-buds are awakened anew! I highly recommend The Stellenbosch Kitchen!!!
